About APC Membership

What is APC?

The goal for Angelo’s Prenatal Club, Inc., is to create a club membership (think: country club, luxury gym, or spa) that supplements the prenatal care from a doctor's office. All I wanted when I was pregnant with Angelo and Asher was to retreat to a place where I felt supported through my decision to not terminate my high-risk pregnancy. While on bed rest, I wish someone planned a baby shower for me, gifted me a prenatal massage for all the soreness, or encouraged me to take maternity pictures. I didn't have the time, desire, or money to do these things as I feared every day that I would lose my pregnancy. APC seeks to be this place for others that I needed as I fought for Angelo's and Asher's lives.

APC Membership Perks

All programs and services that APC offers are designed to provide a holistic approach and supplement to prenatal care. APC is not intended or ever encouraged to replace the necessary supervision and medical care from OBGYNs in a high-risk pregnancy. Angelo and Asher would not have been born alive without the careful monitoring and highly-specialized medical care provided by the doctors of Northwestern Maternal Fetal Medicine and the Chicago Institute of Fetal Health.

Below is a list of APC perks for our members we hope to offer as we grow. Everything is not available at this time.

All programs/services for each APC member would be free:

Welcome gift (items for mom + baby)
Weekly maternal massages (after first trimester)
One 4-D gender reveal ultrasound (after 20 weeks)
One maternity photoshoot
One baby shower celebration (member + 10 loved ones)
Off-hour ultrasound access (for urgent symptoms)
Virtual support group + prayer group meeting + educational workshops
Online community access
In-person club access for fellowship + relaxation
